Sales imbalance between RMS and ReSA in 14.1

Dear Team,

As per Oracle Retail design the Non-inventory items are items that have no inventory, but can be sold in the store. ReSA processes RTLOG RMS updates stock ledger, not stock-on-hand.

We have an item created with inventory_ind = 'N' and orderable_ind ='N' and sellable_ind ='Y'. and successfully processed in ReSA.

But we do not see it in RMS Stockledger.

We need to understand, why it does not flow to the RMS stockledger as it impacts business validation.

We are in second day of the go live process and data validation.

Please help us on the above issue.
