Adding UDF issue : Existing view def found via findDefObject() but SysCatDef cannot find it

After login into System admin console of OIM and created a new sandbox . I want to add a new UDF but on clicking User under System Entities following error comes :

Existing view def found via findDefObject() but SysCatDef cannot find it?
