Is it possible to create warehouse stocked allocation for a store which is in Stop order days window

We are trying to create allocation to a store which will be closed on 16-JUL-2015 and STOP_ORDER_DAYS is set to 14.

The screen is throwing error

"No valid store selected . To allocate atleast one store must be open and have a defined store-wh relationship"

Per Data model, Stop_order_days Contains the number of days before a store closing that the store will stop accepting orders.

Will it not accept allocations as well?
