I opened the following SR in MOS and would appreciate any thoughts or suggestions on what I need to do to correct my configuration for Change Assistant?

PeopleTools 8.54 Upgrade: Change Assistant Configuration missing upgrade package?

I am in the process of configuration Change Assistant for a 'tools only' upgrade from 8.53.14 to 8.54.11.

I was able successfully complete most of the configuration including connecting to the database. However, once I got past that step, I was unable to find the upgrade package? This is a new version of Change Assistant that I'm not familiar with.
