Allow Item Supplier Catalog When ASN exist

Hi All,

Need your help on below functionality:

In 11i(11.5.10), user is unable to update Source Document at PO Line when ASN exist for that PO Line. The Item Supplier Catalog is blocked off from update.

In R12(12.2.4), the Item Supplier Catalog is not blocked off and user is able to update the Source Document, in turn the Unit Price of the PO Line when ASN Exist.

Cannot confirm if this behavior is changed due to MOAC
