XML Publisher - Bursting to a Single Folder

Does anyone know if you can generate an xml publisher report (pdf) to burst to one folder and not create an additional sub-folder for each file?

Currently, when we generate a report to file it sends it to our defined folder on the Application Server and creates an additional subfolder for each report

Example:

<OutDestination>/1/reportforburstvalue1.pdf
<OutDestination>/2/reportforburstvalue2.pdf
<OutDestination>/3/reportforburstvalue3.pdf

We want it to send the report to :

<OutDestination>/reportforburtsvalue1.pdf

<OutDestination>/reportforburtsvalue2.pdf

If so, how do you do that? We are using Pt8.51
