Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. peoplesoft HCM upgrade to 9.2 and 12c databas

Hi All,

We have upgraded our development server and noticed significant slowness. the db is migrated forom 11gR2 to 12c and perplesoft is migrated to 9.2

Is there any recommendation for initialization parameter for 12c .
