Where do I find the "PeopleSoft Application Update Installation Guide"?

I'm new to PeopleSoft updates and am in the process of applying Maintenance Packs.  The documentation for the MP has a big block that it's important to follow the instructions in the "PeopleSoft Application Update Installation Guide" to avoid corrupting our database.  I have been all over searches within Oracle Support as well as the web in general.  I'm finding all kinds of references to this guide, but none of them are hyperlinks and none of the web results display a document with this name.  I would appreciate if someone can point me to where I can find this document.
