How to setup a Websphere MQ node in tools 8.54.12?

I have instructions to install Websphere MQ in tools 8.51 and one of the steps is to update CommEnv.cmd file - set JAVA_HOME.  Unfortunately, version 8.54.12 CommEnv.cmd file does not have any lines with JAVA_HOME.  Has anyone installed Websphere MQ using tools 8.54.12 that can assist or give me some pointers?
