RTV Configuration/Setup/Implementation

Hello,

We are going to start RTV transactions in RMS. There are two scenarios for this,

1- There are couple of stores for which we want to create, approve and ship the RTV from RMS, i have tried that but system is only allowing me to create it, I can see the Approve and ship in options but these are not enabled. why is that so???

2- For all other stores other then couple of stores we want these RTV to be generated from POS(Third party POS). Please guide me what will be the sequence of events and what are the batches we need to schedule.
