AP_PSTPYMNT takes long too long is this normal?

Hi There,

We are using PS 9.1. We usually do a payment cancellation process (Main Menu>Accounts Payable>Payments>Cancel/Void Payments>Payment Cancellation>) and it uses AP_PSTPYMNT  process. The AP_PSTPYMNT  takes 8 mins per one voided transaction, we had 62 voided transaction that took more than  8 hours to run. Is this normal? I appreciate any comment or advise.
