Although no one in the IUM PUM Community is new to MOS, there are good refresher videos posted there:  special sections on Searching and Browsing, Parts 1&2 plus a video on using Mobile MOS.

There's also a whole series on the MOS Communities.  Of interest may be the two videos on "Reputation - Points, badges, and missions."  This is about the relatively new point awards system now in use,  in the Oracle Communities.
