SSL setup on weblogic 12.1.2 and PeopleTools 8.54

I upgraded to People Tools 8.54.12, weblogic 12.1.2, JDk 1.7.80, then  recreated the domain and applied SSL configuration, I can able to access by http protocol , but I cannot able to access by https, I am getting below error when I try to access it, any recommendation. Thanks.

 

"Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https://servername.domainname.com again. If this error persists, contact your site administrator."
