no list of values found in the Payment method columns

Hi All,

I m trying to perform,  payment processing activity to one of my customer as i m assigned as a collector to that customer. i can able to enter the amount details but not payment method details(under payment processing tab in collector's work queue.) i can able to select the card brand, number etc. but not payment method eventhough we have right setup  in place.

can you please sugget, what would be the possible msitake or missing setup that i did.
