PeopleTools 8.53 Browser Display Issues

Greetings,

We just upgraded to PeopleTools 8.53

Now a number of different browsers are having issues displaying PeopleSoft correctly, particularly in IE9 and IE10.

The page layout is all off, some pages are not even viewable/usable.

We found that turning on Compatibility View in IE fixes the problem, sometime we needed to also click View --> Refresh (F5) from the browser menu.

After the issue is fixed it has occasionally popped back up in internet explorer and the user has to click View --> Refresh to correct it.

Is there a way to permanently fix this issue?
