Best Practice for installing Tax Updates and Bundles

Hopefully this is a simple question.  When Tax Update 15-C is released this week, we intend to get up to date and install Tax Updates 15-B and 15-C ans well as Bundles 18 and 19.  We are on Tools 8.53.14 and PeopleSoft 9.1 and will use Change Assistant.

Is there a Best Practice to do this?  In the order they were released seems obvious, but since 15-B and Bundle 18 were released on the same day (April 10, 2015) is there a preferred order?
