Tools 8.54.07 HCM 9.2 Tried changing Branding Options now get Page Style Create failed and no page w

Anyone know how to reset default Branding System Options? I tried changing them so our Non Prod environments look different for my users. Now I can't open up the Branding Options page to change it back to default value. None of the pages I've tried opening work now. Don't want to refresh the environment from Production - have some test data I don't want to lose if I don't have to.
