What is best practice for scheduling SES incremental searches on HCM 9.2?  I know that you need to deploy and run the initial full SES full search in PIA but should the incremental searches be scheduled from PIA or from the search server?  We currently monitor scheduled job in the process monitor but do not have any process in place for monitoring jobs running on the search server.
