Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Few LOVs in Oracle Web ADI not showing values

We recently started observing a weird behavior with our custom integrator.

Below is the explanation of issue being faced using an example

1) A web integrator XXABCD has 30 fields out of which 10 are LOVs

2) 5LOVs are showing values as expected, 3 are showing partially and 2 are showing no values

3) No error is shown when the LOV pop up window comes in the excel for the LOVs having issue

(Note: Not sure if the above issue can be related to below point. But giving information if it could be of any help)

4) This seems to be happening in all the recently cloned instances from Production
