setup MS AD 11.1.1.6 connector with OIM 11.1.2.3

Greetings,

I tried to setup ms ad in oim 11.1.2.3 which installed in windows server 2008 r2 and it's contain my active directory i used default administrator user for active directory ,but when i try to reconcile user or provision user from or to active directory i find nothing happens i followed steps in links below
