Can Oracle Incentive Compensation Installed Standalone without HRMS, Payroll, Payables, OM and AR ?

Dear All,

    A Customer(Banking Segment) wants to Implement Oracle Incentive Compensation without HRMS, Payroll, AP,OM and AR. They have only licensed oracle GL. This Incentive Scheme requirement is specifically for Loans, Cards and Collections division.

To Calculate the Compensations, Data will be imported from Custom Sources(Banking Product) through an interface. For Compensation Payments, Details of Resource (Employee or Partners) and their compensations will be sent to same product through an interface again. Is this configurable or has anybody come across such type of requirement ? Request your inputs on this to finalize the solution design.
