Error while running Sccext batch in RMS for cost change

Dear Support,

We are on RMS 12.0.10 and while executing sccext batch we are facing the below error:

sccext_1~20150715150304~process~~1~User-Defined Exception~INTERNAL STORED FUNCTION ERROR: function=COST_EXTRACT_SQL.UPDATE_COSTS, error=Error User-Defined Exception returned by program unit COST_EXTRACT_SQL.PROCESS_DETAIL_LOC. After CLOSE cursor C_GET_STD_UOM in package COST_EXTRACT_SQL.PROCESS_DETAIL_LOC     Item: 100276177, cost_chg=1773

We have inserted records in cost_susp_sup_head,cost_susp_sup_detail,cost_susp_sup_detail_loc tables.

Please let us know the root cause of the error and are we missing any table?
