FSCM 9.1 MP14 issues

I am currently trying to install FSCM 9.1 MP14 to our Demo environment.  It had a prerequesite for the 8.54 Release Adapter which I installed.

When running CA for the MP, the release adapter steps runs and completes successfully and copies the updated xml file to my "staging" folder.

However, the next step to copy the project keeps failing.  It does not give any clues in the log for the failure.  I have tried manually copying the project from file using App Designer and it crashes my App Designer.

Any ideas on what I can try or do I need to open a support ticket?
