How to enable audit log on the specific columns of a table in RMS?

Hello,

Currently RMS ORDHEAD table only holds the information of original approver id "ORIG_APPROVAL_ID". We also want to track the changes for PO, like who brought the PO back in work sheet and who again approved the PO with dates.
