How can I tell whether a Change assistant step "Fail" is serious or just a warning

We have a situation when we are applying an update to our development environment where one of the steps in Change Assistant shows a "Fail" result but the logs only seem to indicate that there were warnings.  Below is some of the log info (I was unable to attach it to this post).  Has anyone experienced a similar issue and can confirm whether there is truly an issue that needs to be resolved, or it is just a quirk in the messaging and we can continue the update without a problem?
