During Upgrade in "Move to Production" on which PSHOME we should run the PSEMHUB and PSAGENT ?

We are upgrading the HCM 9.1 to HCM 9.2, during "Move to Production" on which PSHOME (9.1 PSHOME (Source) or 9.2 PSHOME (Target) )we should run the PSEMHUB and PSAGENT ?
