Upgrading from FSCM 9.1 to FSCM 9.2 - What bundle level should we be at?

We are on FSCM 9.1 with tools 8.53.04 on Bundle 25 on a Windows 2008R2 server with SQL Server

We are currently on bundle 25 (The current bundle is 33 I think) Our management has been hesitant to get current on bundles because ours is a moderately customized system, and they know retrofit effort and testing of new functionality in the bundles would take a lot of personnel bandwidth that we don't have.

Question - We see 9.2 in our near future, and I would like to know how current should we be on bundles before upgrading ?

What are the pro's and con's of 1. Staying where we are and upgrading or 2. Getting current on all bundles before starting the upgrade?
