OIM 11.1.2.2.0: Error in logs when clicking "inbox" in /identity

Hi Experts,

Please help.

I am using OIM 11.1.2.2.0, both single instance and clustered(HA).

When I click "Inbox" from identity console or the link from approval email, logs show below error. The view in the approval page also goes wrong.
