invalid component specified: "dbTier"

Dear Colleagues,

I get the following when running the adcfgclone.pl dbTier on the target server:

\OracleTest\testcomn\clone\bin>perl adcfgclone.pl dbTier

Enter the APPS password [APPS]:

ERROR: invalid component specified: "dbTier"

USAGE:

   adcfgclone.pl <component> [context file]

WHERE:

   <component> : { appsTier | appltop | atTechStack }

NOTE:

   if no context is specified, adcfgclone.pl will

   prompt for cloned system target values to create

   the new context file

What could be the cause of this problem?
