OIM 11g 11.1.2.3.0 error : INST-6193: - Check the SOA version comparability

Hello experts,

Please help!!

I am trying to configure the OIM 11gR2 11.1.2.3.0 on a Oracle Linux 64 bit machine. I have configured the SOA suit 11.1.1.9.0 as mentioned in the installation docs for 11gR2.

However, I am getting the famous INST-6193 error while configuring the OIM.

Which patches I need to install in SOA suit to resolve this issue? I dont see any mention in the installation docs for 11.1.1.9.0

Any pointers to Patch# or download link will be really helpful.
