Setting Maximum Incentive amount Limit for a Product, Resource or a role in

Dear All,

We have a requirement from a client in OIC about setting up upper limit for compensation irrespective of calculated amount 

      Can we set a maximum incentive/Commission amount limit for a Resource, Product or a Role while calculating the Incentives.

For Example,

The incentive for a resource shall be calculated based on combination of (x% of premium + y% of net loan amount(disbursed amount) + z % of life insurance + $ 35) or Max amount of $3000

  Ex: 7% * 1000 + 0.65 % * 500000 + 0% * 100 +35) = $3355 and is more then Max $3000,  then incentive will be paid as only $3000.

Even if the Compensation calculated is $3355, only $3000 needs to be paid to the resource. How do we set this ? Is this possible in OIC using standard formulas ?
