Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. "The Server Name or Address Could not be Resolved" error we are getting while import JRN1.xls

When we try to import Journal from offshore machines we are getting "The Server Name or Address Could not be Resolved" error

Operating System : Windows 7 in the client machine

Application FSCM 9.2(PI 10)

PeopleTools PT8.54.10

Could you please help me to resolve this issue.
