Advance collections - specific setups

Hi All,

Please help on this

in the collection adminstrator, we have check list of collections implementation right?  but we can see the relative setups or defaults option(questionnaire) are set at global level but not OU level.

we can see only the strategies/dunning plan can be set up at OU level. except that remaining all questionnaire are global.

can you please help out on this, how to identify which setup is global and which one is OU specific?

ex: if i set collection plan at customer level that cannot be setup at OU specific. but if any other OU wants to setup at account level. how to do that
