Authorization Error -- Contact your Security Administrator

Installed HCM 9.2 DEMO instance on PeopleTools 8.54 and couldn't login to the application. It is a fresh DEMO install out of the box. After I login, instead of taking me to the home page, it is throwing an error message "Authorization Error -- Contact your Security Administrator".

URL when the error message displayed:

http://myserver.com@/psc/pshrdemo9/EMPLOYEE/HRMS/s/WEBLIB_PTBR.ISCRIPT1.FieldFormula.IScript_StartPage

Please note that the user has full access to WEBLIB_PTBR web library and other web libraries. I am wondering, what would've caused above error message to occur, even though the user has full access to web profiles.
