PIA Spinning for users - PT8.54

Good Day,

We recently performed tools upgrade from 8.53.11 to 8.54.11.

The participating applications are IH, HCM and FSCM.

The users login via IH(Portal) and for few users they report that the page keeps spinning forever.

This happens randomly, There is no specific time or specific user.

In the logs (Database, App, Web) we couldn`t find any abnormal errors.

This issue is irregular and not able to re-produce at times.

Please suggest if you came accross such scenarios.
