Issues regarding boot console on Virtual Box

Hello,

Recently I have downloaded one linux ova file (PUM image 9.2.013) and imported into virtual box 4.3.16. The vbox is running on Win2008 r2. After successful importing this, I cannot access the VM console but from "Preview" I can see it startup screen until login screen shows. The boot console doesn't popup with the "display" button. I can see progress only in "preview".

I am facing an other issue. I get the following error message with the virtual box 4.3.16 (the same message trying in release 4.3.30 or 5.0.0) by trying to open the configuration of the VM :

VBOX_E_VM_ERROR (0x80BB0003)
