IB error "Integration Broker Synchronous Handler: More than one destination node was found on node P

Hi We are upgrading PT 8.52 to 8.54 and PS HCM application from 9.1 to 9.2 as a part of upgrade I imported all the objeccts related to IB service to 9.2 and configured local gateway and local node but when trying to run the process getting following

error "Integration Broker Synchronous Handler: More than one destination node was found on node PSFT_HR. (158,964) IBTREE_WRK.IB_INVOKEOPER.FieldChange  PCPC:5155  Statement:110  Synchronous transactions do not support the ability to send requests to more than one destination.  After applying filters for sender specified routing, node transactions, relationship transactions and the PeopleCode event OnRouteSend, more than one destination node was found."
