EGL 9.2 Online journal post times out, journal header locked and not available for unlock

Hello Everyone,

We are on GL 9.2 image 5 running PeopleTools 8.53.  We have a problem where journal post was run online and it timeout out.  Now JOURNAL_LOCKED = Y on JRNL_HEADER and we don't have row for this journal in the JRNL_EDIT_LOG table (so we can't use the Journal Unlock page). I found DocID 1639730.1 but we didn't have any budget checking for this journal so that is not the problem.  Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
