Hi All, We Deployed the Search Definitions and it completed successfully , But in Process Monitor S

Hi All,  We Deployed the Search Definitions and it completed successfully , But in Process Monitor Shows correct results number of documents created. When we Search Data its not available and In SES console its showing Less Data . Any idea why this happening ?
