Questions regarding SeeBeyond505 Update 2

1. Since SB505U2 has the updated jar files compared to SB505U1 like stcms.jar and stcjms.jar and as part of the upgrade this jar files will be copied to the other application like SIM and RPM servers, eventhough is not certified to be applied, can I confirm that we can ask for support for it? 

2. With regards to SB505U2 installation itself, we know that this is a manual install process, it there a possibility that we can do an automation for this? does the installation can accept silent parameters (i.e. automate feeding of pre defined values coming from a file)?
