PeopleSoft Voucher Header ENTRY_STATUS Field
Hello, all.
I have a question regarding some of the Translate values for the ENTRY_STATUS field in PS_VOUCHER and how they relate to a voucher's eligibility to enter the matching and posting process. Specifically, I am referring to the values in the table below:

Posting
My understanding is that ENTRY_STATUS must equal P (Postable) in order for a voucher to able to be posted; therefore, if ENTRY_STATUS equals any of the values in the table above, the voucher will NOT be eligible for posting. To say it another way, if ENTRY_STATYS <> P the voucher cannot be posted. First question is am I correct on this point?
