Issue with Attainment summary Report in r12

Hello

We have an issue with standard Attainment Summary report in OIC under standard responsibility of Comp Manager. Navigation Reports>>Attainment Summary.

This is an OAF report.  And when we run this report for a given report,  there is a last column called "Net Due" in the report output.

We need to know how this Net Due Column is being calculated and whether there is any technical reference for this report or any documentation at all?

I turned on the Diagnostics and was expecting to see queries in the VO definitions but there are no queries for this report.
