We are in process of implementing advance collection for Oracle R12 (12.1.3) but we have major road

We are in process of implementing advance collection for Oracle R12 (12.1.3) but we have major road block. In our organization we have 1 Ledger and 1 Operating unit but we have multiple business units (not defined in oracle). Our organization is merger of different small independent companies which still operates differently e.g. different terms with customers and

which also operates differently when it comes to collection, different contacts, different bank accounts. So we have collector assigned by the business units which is actually the combination of (SEG1 and SEG2 of COA Char of Accounts) Company( Balancing segment - Segment1 of COA) and Site ( Segment2 ). Now we have the challenge how the data will be displayed in Advance collection "Collector Work Queue" by collector only by business unit since we have multiple collector working for the same customer same bill to depending on the business unit they collect for.
