Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Format Payment Instructions with Text Output

Hi,

I have set my XML template with EXCEL output but I still see the Text output only.

I think it is due to the "Format Payment Instructions with Text Output" submitted.

How do I change the payment process to run "Format Payment Instructions" instead of "Format Payment Instructions with Text Output"
