PeopleSoft 9.2 support for ODATA

We are in the early stages of prototyping a web based app that needs to consume PeopleSoft HCM Pension data from the tables listed below. The web app will consume the data using the ODATA protocol.

We need to locate any documentation regarding the out of the box functionality that would support ODATA the API or web service call that we would need to access the tables listed below.
