Will Deleting a Project from App designer delete all the object customizations?

Hi

We are implementing Oracle Bundles to our environment. We are trying to ask our developers, which have reapplied some of the custom code back, to create back out plans for their code. Since the idea is to apply the custom code right after the Oracle bundles are applied, its hard to find a way for them to create a project, from an enviornment that just has bundles applied and be idle in case we need to use that project (with the Oracle bundles vanilla code) to then use to migrate if needed.

I was wondering...rather than having to find an enviornment with just bundles and keeping it idle till we go live in case we need those vanilla projects to back out code...can the project (custom project) be deleted instead from the source environment? And if so...will that remove the custom code and leave the objects is they were when the bundles were applied???
