Problems with Journal Spreadsheet Import

Over the last 18 months we've had several variations on issues with the Journal upload spreadsheet, many of which seem to require a different fix.

Some of them required deleting the MSForms.exd files so that Excel would recreate them from scratch. This recently failed for some users, and we had to copy MSForms.exe files from desktops that did work, to those having an issue.

Our latest issue is clicking on the Import Journals button results in the error:

ActiveX Component can't create object, followed by the URL.

None of the prior "fixes" seem to work.  Can anyone help?
