How to Enable Switch User Button in Oracle Workflow

Hi,

When navigating to Workflow Administrator Web Applications’ -> workflow->Administrator Workflow -> Home


I am not able to see the Switch User option displayed as shown in enclosed screenshot


Checked in google the below comments says but not able to find

To grant access to your worklist to another user, select the Worklist Access link. See: To Grant Access to Your Worklist, Oracle Workflow User's Guide.

To view another user's worklist, select the Switch User button, and then select the user you want. This button appears only if you have been granted access to another user's worklist.

Can you please help on this one
