OIM - When reconciliating from a trusted source is there a way to avoid the creation of users in OI

Hello,

Currently we are using OIM  11.1.2.3. We are reconciliating from a LDAP as a trusted source . We want all LDAP users to be created in OIM, except the members of a specific LDAP group. Is it posible?
