FSCM 9.2 PUM 12 COMBO_CF_EDIT_REQUEST Service Operation Error

We are upgrading to FSCM 9.2 PUM 12 PeopleTools 8.54.11. We are getting an error testing COMBO_CF_EDIT_REQUEST in the Service Operations Tester in Integration Broker.

Other Services Operations are working fine.

Error is:

First operand of . is NULL, so cannot access member CloseSQL. (180,236) IBTREE_WRK.IB_INVOKEOPER.FieldChange  PCPC:5155  Statement:110

The first operand of the dot operator is the NULL value, indicating the lack of any object value. As a consequence, the given method or property cannot be used.

Has anyone had a similar issue and able to shed some light?
